For importers & FBA sellers sourcing from China
China Trade Helper turns product requirements into a structured, bilingual (English + 中文) specification sheet in minutes — the one document that tells your factory exactly what to make, and gives your QC inspector a pass/fail standard.

01 · The problem
Everything your spec sheet doesn't say, someone 8,000 km away will decide for you — usually on the day the line starts running.
No tolerance given? They use theirs. No Pantone code? They guess. No carton spec? Packaging fails in freight. Assumptions are where first-run defects are born.
Decisions buried in WeChat and email threads get misremembered across departments and subcontractors. A spec sheet is the versioned, signed source of truth — and the built-in ledger turns scattered agreements into dated, buyer-recorded entries you can export. It is a plain-text local record, not a notarised or tamper-proof one.
Without written acceptance criteria (AQL levels, defect definitions), a pre-shipment inspection is just a photo session. Nobody has the authority to reject anything.
02 · How it works
Built for importers, Amazon FBA sellers, and buying teams who source from China.
Start from hardgoods, electronics, apparel, or food-contact templates. Every field prompts for what matters: tolerances, material grades, Pantone codes, carton weights.
Each parameter renders in English with its Chinese translation — the person at the machine doesn't read English. Metric units, numbered revisions, sign-off lines.
Export a clean A4 PDF. The factory confirms in writing. One click turns the spec into a bilingual inspection brief with ISO 2859-1-based sampling figures (your inspector must verify them against the official tables), and the evidence pack consolidates revisions, approvals, decisions and your own dated records into one bilingual PDF. Both the brief and the pack are labelled Beta — they are working documents, not legal evidence.
Free, no sign-up: most buyers finish their first bilingual spec sheet in about five minutes. Your data never leaves your browser.
03 · Pricing
The free tool is live today. Pro ($19/month) is planned but not yet on sale — see the full pricing page for what actually exists right now.

*Pro is a roadmap, not a purchasable plan today: no checkout, no subscription, no cloud library, no logo PDFs. The inspection brief and evidence pack are Beta working documents — sampling figures must be verified by your inspection provider, and neither file is legal advice or a complete chain of evidence.
04 · FAQ
Emails scatter decisions across threads and inboxes; factories re-type them into their own production notes, and errors compound. A spec sheet is one numbered, dated, bilingual document that production, QA, and the buyer all reference. Sourcing consultancies report that unclear specs are the root cause of most first-run quality problems.
The person operating the machine usually doesn't read English. Bilingual specs remove the translation layer where "shiny" vs "glossy", or the wrong material grade, sneaks in. Industry studies (2024–25) report fewer misread key parameters when the factory-facing document is bilingual; those are third-party findings, not a measured result of this tool. Our templates use standard trade terminology (材质, 公差, 装箱, 验收标准) that factory staff recognise, and rows the dictionary cannot translate are flagged for you to fill in manually.
The free tool runs entirely in your browser — your spec data is saved in your own browser storage and exported as a file you own. We don't upload or store your product information on our servers.
Yes — the AQL block (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 levels, critical/major/minor definitions) gives inspectors a written pass/fail standard, and the golden sample reference ties the document to a physical sample both parties signed. Switch the preview to "Inspection brief" and the tool generates a bilingual inspection document where every spec row is a numbered check item, with sampling figures derived from ISO 2859-1 Table 2-A (normal inspection, single sampling, standard AQL columns) — stamped with the spec revision it came from. The figure set is labelled Beta: your inspection provider must verify it against the official standard tables before it is used as an acceptance basis.
Here is the uncomfortable truth: chat screenshots on their own have limited probative weight. Electronic data is a recognised category of evidence, but review focuses on authenticity, legality, relevance and the integrity of the electronic record — a single chat excerpt is normally corroborated with payment, purchase and shipping documents. Platform seller surveys (2024–25) report that claims filed without purchase documentation are frequently rejected. A dated ledger helps you organise your own records: you write the agreed conclusion (30 seconds per entry), and the tool places it on the same timeline as your spec revisions, golden-sample approvals and decisions. Export it as a bilingual dispute pack PDF when you need to assemble your file. We never parse your chat apps, and your records stay in your browser. Important: this is a plain-text local record — it is not tamper-proof, not notarised, and not by itself a complete chain of evidence. Attach original contracts, invoices and logistics documents. This is not legal advice; consult a qualified professional for your dispute.
Fix it on paper before it becomes a container of wrong products.
